Software update: BSplayer 1.1

BSplayer has been updated to version 1.1 build 814. BSplayer is a media player, with which various formats of audio and video can be played. Since version 1.0 there is a free standard version and a paid Pro version. The Pro version has some additional options, including video recording support and an adjustable equalizer, and will change hands for $20. Both versions have been updated and the changelog looks like this:

Latest changes:

  • when changing skins volume was displayed as 0, fixed
  • ‘-pan’ command line options was broken, fixed
  • ‘-ar’ command line options was broken, fixed
  • when ‘desktop mode’ was used double click on tray icon would turn it off, fixed
  • previous state (full screen or not) is now remembered when switching desktop mode on/off
  • fixed problem when ‘always on top’ was enabled and ‘boss’ key was configured to minimize player (it wasn’t possible to click anywhere except BSPlayer tray icon)
  • subtitle names are now properly shown in AVI files with embedded subtitles
  • fixed bug in subtitle editor, if edited subtitle line was longer than original, only part of subtitle was displayed
  • fixed some other subtitle bugs
  • improved ‘network buffer’ option, also mkv files are now supported
  • added MPEG audio channel selection
  • movie window position saving is now optional
  • some VMR9 changes
  • some other internal changes
