Saber announces action-adventure game Jurassic Park: Survival

Developer Saber Interactive announces the action-adventure game Jurassic Park: Survival during The Game Awards 2023. The game takes place immediately after the first Jurassic Park film and will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. No release date has been announced yet.

Jurassic Park: Survival is a single-player game where the player takes on the role of Dr. Maya Joshi crawls. The story takes place immediately after the events of the 1993 Jurassic Park film and the teaser trailer all recreates scenes from that film. Joshi must survive after countless dinosaurs escape from Isla Nublar.

At the end of the trailer there are a few moments of gameplay, which indicate that the player is playing from a first-person perspective. The game also seems to contain platform and survival horror elements.

It is not the first time that a game called Jurassic Park: Survival has been announced. A game with the same title was announced in 2001 by Savage Entertainment and Konami, but was ultimately never released.
