YouTube confirms that a video service app for the Apple Vision Pro is on the roadmap. The platform does not share a release date or any upcoming features.

YouTube did not initially release native app or iPad app support for visionOS for unknown reasons, nor did Netflix and Spotify. Now Google’s platform confirms opposite The Verge that a ‘Vision Pro app is on the roadmap’. It is not clear whether this is a modified version of the iPad app or a new application. It also remains unclear whether 360 and VR content on YouTube will be supported via the app. The Apple Vision Pro has been available in the United States since early February, starting at $3,499.
