Logitech releases G Pro X Superlight 2 gaming mouse and TKL Wireless keyboard
Logitech introduces its G Pro X Superlight 2. The gaming mouse has a longer battery life and an improved sensor compared to its predecessor. In addition, Logitech is introducing a mechanical G Pro X TKL Wireless keyboard with a Lightspeed wireless connection.
The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 looks similar to its predecessor. The wireless gaming mouse weighs 60g, compared to the 63g of the first Superlight mouse. The Superlight 2 is equipped with, among other things, a new Hero 2 sensor. This offers a maximum of 32,000dpi and can track at speeds of 500″ per second. Furthermore, the switches for the mouse buttons are being renewed. Logitech talks about ‘hybrid optical-mechanical’ switches, which, according to the manufacturer, should provide a better response time. According to Logitech, the battery of the Superlight 2 lasts 95 hours on a single charge. According to the manufacturer, the battery life of the G Pro X Superlight is 70 hours. The mouse is charged via USB-C, where its predecessor had a micro USB port. Logitech is immediately releasing the G Pro X Superlight 2 via its own website. The mouse has a suggested retail price of 169 euros and will be available in black, white and pink.
G Pro
Logitech is also showing a mechanical G Pro X TKL Wireless gaming keyboard. This has a tenkeyless design with extra media keys and a sort of scroll wheel at the top. The keyboard has mechanical Logitech GX switches, with the manufacturer offering three options: linear, tactile and clicky. The G Pro X TKL Wireless also has RGB LEDs and comes with double-shot PBT keycaps.
The keyboard also supports Logitech’s Lightspeed technology for wireless connections, although the keyboard can also be used via Bluetooth or USB-C. The G Pro X TKL Wireless has a battery life of up to 50 hours, the manufacturer claims. The keyboard is available immediately and costs 229 euros. This will also be available in black, white and pink.
