Firmware update: Qnap TS-xx9/x10 / SS-x39 Pro Turbo NAS 3.2.7 build 0526

The developers of Qnap have released new firmware for various models of their NAS systems. The new firmware is intended for the models equipped with a Marvell 6281 or an Intel processor: the SS-439 Pro Turbo NAS, SS-839 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-110 Turbo NAS, TS-119 Turbo NAS, TS-210 Turbo NAS, TS-219 Turbo NAS, TS-219P Turbo NAS, TS-239 Pro II Turbo NAS, TS-239 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-259 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-439 Pro II Turbo NAS, TS-439 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-439U Turbo NAS, TS-459 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-459U Turbo NAS, TS-509 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-559 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-639 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-659 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-809 Pro Turbo NAS, TS-809U-RP, TS-859 Pro Turbo NAS and TS-859U-RP Turbo NAS. The version number has been fixed to 3.2.7 build 0526, and Qnap has included the following list of changes:

Major Bug Fixes:

• Performance decrease 10% after network re-connect
• Fail to create an iSCSI LUN if it is larger than 20TB
• There is no log while start/stop the iSCSI service
• Wrong IP display in iSCSI online user log when the network portal is IPV6
• iSCSI LUN could not be attached successfully sometimes
• Fixed write cache will be disabled after restoring to factory default
• Fixed network mode will be set to trunking mode instead of standalone mode (for model with dual ethernet ports)
• Fixed when an external share folder is set to hidden, user won’t be able to see the files after enter the share folder

Known Issues:

• (Surveillence Station) Y-CAM Generic V2 will be disconnected if selecting channel in Live View page.
• Synchronization option in ‘Backup to External Drive’ & ‘USB One Touch Copy’ is temporarily replaced by cp command because of the current known limitation of selected file size.
