Firmware update: ABIT AT7

People with an Abit AT7 can flash again because Abit has released a new BIOS for this mainboard. Anonymous: 10233 was able to report this to us. With this new flash it is now possible to use the 0.13 micron Throughbred CPU. Below is the changelog:
