Acer will release 4k monitor with 144Hz IPS panel this year for 1049 euros

Acer has announced new 27″ monitors for gamers, including ones that combine a 4k resolution with a refresh rate of 144Hz. There will be an IPS variant with a price of 1049 euros, which is much cheaper than comparable models so far.
