The remake of the cel-shaded shooter XIII, originally from 2003, will be released on November 10. The plan was to release the game in November of 2019, but the developers didn’t make it. A first gameplay trailer has also been released.

In addition to the trailer, publisher Microids announces that the original soundtrack and voice acting from then in remastered form are back in this game. There is also a physical limited edition, with a metal box, three art cards and thirteen additional weapon skins. Finally, the Steam page of the game is also online and the price is known: 39.99 euros. There are also new screenshots on that page.

The title XIII of Thirteen refers to the main character of the game, a soldier who has lost his memory and is accused of murdering the President of the United States. With a small key and a tattoo next to his collarbone as the only clues, the soldier must find out what happened. XIII is a single player game with 34 levels.

The game will be released on Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
