Download WebGUI 7.2.3

WebGUI is a content management system and application framework with which a website can be easily managed and set up without having to possess extensive technical knowledge. WebGUI 7.2.3 (stable) is available for download. This will be the last 7.2 release and includes a small number of bug fixes.
