Software update: phpDesigner 7.0

The phpDesigner program is an ‘integrated development environment’ for writing php, html, xml, javascript and sql code. The software also offers support for project and file management, syntax highlighting and debug capabilities. The developers released version 7.0 a few days ago with the following patchwork of tweaks:
