Software update: Paint.NET 3.5 alpha build 3533

The developers behind the photo-editing program Paint.NET have again released a new alpha release of version 3.5. Paint.NET requires at least version 3.5 SP1 of the .NET Framework and therefore only works on Windows XP or higher, including the soon-to-be-released Windows 7. In terms of functionality, the program sits between the Paint supplied with Windows as standard and professional commercial programs as Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop in. Changes since the last alpha build:

• Refreshed the visual styling of the app so it looks a whole lot better on Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
