Software Update: OpenTTD 0.7.3

On Thursday, the third update was released for the 0.7.0 version of OpenTTD, which was released at the beginning of April. In this open source clone of the Microprose game Transport Tycoon Deluxe, the goal is to build a transport empire by road, rail, water and air. OpenTTD is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, and can do more than just mimic the game. For example, up to 64 times larger maps can be used than in the original, the AI ​​is worthy of its name and up to eight players can participate in a multiplayer game. The OpenTTD download contains only the engine, by the way, and still needs the copyrighted original game’s data files. The release notes of version 0.7.3 are short but sweet:
