Microsoft has released the first Visual Studio 2017 release candidate. This popular programming development environment has useful options to make programming easier in Visual C++, Visual Basic, C#, F#, Python, and R, among others. We are happy to announce the release of Visual Studio 2017 RC! This new release includes our most recent feature innovations and improvements.

Important
While Visual Studio 2017 RC in general is supported for use in a production environment, those workloads and components that are marked “Preview” in the installation UI are not supported for use in a production environment.
