Software Update: K9 1.24
Today version 1.24 of Robin Keir’s clever spam filter K9 has hit the web. It’s a fairly modest release, with the main goal of adding a configuration option to write a communications log, which can help diagnose any network issues. A sound can now also be played when new good e-mail arrives:
- Added detailed communications debug logging option to Configuration page.
- If a sound has been set to play upon Good email arriving, it won’t be played again unless at least 30 seconds have elapsed since it was last played.
[break]The setup of the new version is here. If you only want a new version of the executable, you can find a zip with the program here.
