Software Update: Apple iTunes 8.2

Apple released version 8.2 of iTunes on Monday. With this program it is possible, among other things, to manage the music collection, buy music tracks via Apple’s online music store, burn CDs and of course manage the iPod or iPhone. Apple’s iTunes is available for Windows XP and Vista in a 32-bit version, a 64-bit version that is only suitable for Windows Vista, and for Mac OS X, with downloads around 75MB. New in this release is support for the new iPhone 3.0 software update; Furthermore, several bugs have been fixed. The release notes look like this:

About iTunes 8.2 for Windows

iTunes 8.2 now supports iPhone or iPod touch with the iPhone 3.0 Software Update.

iTunes 8.2 also includes many accessibility improvements and bug fixes.
