Software Update: Adobe DNG Converter 3.6 beta

The folks at Adobe have not only released a new version of Photoshop Camera Raw, but also updated their DNG Converter to version 3.6 beta. As with the new Camera Raw, the developers of Adobe want to put the support of a number of digital cameras to a public test in this DNG Converter. For example, the RAW photos of the Canon EOS 400D, Nikon D80 and the Pentax K100D are put through their paces. Using DNG Converter, it is possible to convert raw photo files, also known as RAW, to Adobe’s own Digital Negative format, which can also be used in Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop Elements 5.0, among others. Adobe DNG Converter 3.6 beta can be downloaded for Windows and Mac OS Xand comes with the following release notes:
