A Chinese website has put specifications online for ten CPUs from Intel’s Skylake generation for desktops. According to the site, the processors would be officially released at the Intel Developer Forum, which will take place next fall.

Earlier, on a Turkish website, data came out about the Core i5 6600K and i7 6700K, which would be part of Intel’s new Skylake generation. The Chinese website Benchlife now also contains data from eight other processors. The site has pictures of one of the CPUs. According to Benchlife, it is probably a Core i5-6400T, a model with a TDP of 35W.

In June 2014, details already appeared about Intel’s new Skylake processor architecture, which should succeed the current Broadwell and Haswell processors. The new processors are produced according to Intel’s tick-tock model at 14nm, just like Broadwell. Models for ultra-efficient systems, laptops and desktops are expected. The processors fit into the LGA1151 socket. This also includes a new chipset, according to Benchlife one in the 100 series.

The data and photos that have come out are about the desktop models. In line with the earlier rumors, Benchlife reports that the processors also support DDR3L memory in addition to DDR4, a variant of DDR3 that consumes less power. In addition, the TDP of the CPUs is between 95 and 35W. As with the previous processor series from Intel, the i7 models have hyperthreading. Some models have a higher tdp and K addition, indicating an unlocked multiplier.

Before Skylake comes out, according to Benchlife at the IDF, Intel will first introduce Broadwell processors for desktops. Until now, only Broadwell CPUs came out for laptops and frugal systems. Desktop variants are also coming this year, which Benchlife says will appear on Computex in June.
