Samsung is going to release its Galaxy S10 5G in Europe in collaboration with providers, but the Benelux is not yet one of them. The 5G device is larger than the S10+ and also has an extra camera and a higher capacity battery.

Samsung is working with carriers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom to release the Galaxy S10 5G. It is not yet clear when the device will be available in those countries. During its Unpacked presentation, Samsung announced on Wednesday evening that the 5G version of the Galaxy S10 will be released in the United States in the first half of this year.

The American model of the Galaxy S10 5G has a Snapdragon 855-soc and a Snapdragon X50 modem, but the European model will probably get the Exynos 9820-soc. Samsung may combine it with its own 5G modem.

The Galaxy S10 5G differs from the Galaxy S10 and S10+ in several ways. The 5g model has a larger 6.7″ screen and there are four cameras on the back. The extra camera compared to the other models is a 3D camera for depth measurement. The battery capacity is 4500mAh, which is 400mAh more than the S10+ .

The 5g model will be more expensive than the Galaxy S10+, which has a suggested retail price from 999 euros. It is not yet clear what the Galaxy S10 5G will cost.
