Details have emerged that paint the picture of the roadmap for the Edge 30 phones that Lenovo subsidiary Motorola wants to release this year. In addition to the current Edge 30 Pro, four other models are on the way.

The details come from telecom journalist EvLeaks, who has them under his own name Evan Blass published on 91Mobiles. He also posts an image of the previously released Frontier and the previously unmentioned Dubai.

Of the phones, the Dubai would come first, presumably as Edge 30. It is a phone with an unknown soc, but it is obvious that it is a Qualcomm soc. The device has a 6.55 “OLED screen and is notable for its small battery capacity of 4020 mAh. This may be related to the choice for a thin housing.

There will be another version of the Dubai this summer, with an as yet unknown MediaTek soc. In view of the specifications mentioned, with an as yet unknown Arm Mali G79 gpu, and the type number, it is a soc from the Dimensity 900 series and not a soc from the more luxurious Dimensity 9000 series.

The cheapest Edge phone will be the Miami. With a 6.28 “screen and a thickness of less than 7 mm, this is a relatively compact model compared to the other phones in the series. The model has a 4020mAh battery and will probably be called Edge 30 Lite.

The most expensive phone in the series, the Frontier, has been rumored for months. It would be one of the first phones with a 200-megapixel camera. It can also charge at 125W, a charging speed that is new for Motorola.
