Running shoes can get in the way, but also help you. If you walk on the wrong shoes, or shoes that do not fit your feet, you better run to the physiotherapist right away. The only way to find a good shoe is to have a walking analysis carried out. Major sports brands, such as Asics and Nike, bring out new running shoes time after time with the highest possible quality, and slightly different from other shoes.

Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo

Nike thought it was time for turbo. Nike has released a new running shoe: Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo. This is a new version of the predecessor, the Nike Zoom Pegasus. A summary of the shoe: speed.

The shoe has a special cushioning, from Nike ZoomX foam. This foam is also used in the fastest shoe of Nike: Nike VaporFly 4%. This foam has also been used by top marathon runners. The foam is very light and is directly under the foot. Nike claims that this returns energy.

Aerodynamic design

Striking on the shoe is the design. The end of the heel runs diagonally upwards. This allows the heel to bend away from Achilles tendon. This would be favorable for smooth handling of the foot.

This all sounds very professional and innovative. Yet a running shoe remains personal. If a shoe does not fit your feet, it stops. Nike has developed a top shoe with the Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo, which will be worn a lot. The shoes are 180 euros.
