At the Computex 2017 trade show, Microsoft will show the VR glasses that Dell, Asus and Lenovo are working on as part of the Windows 10 Mixed Reality ecosystem. The headsets complement those from Acer and HP, which Microsoft already showed.

The Mixed Reality headset from Asus has a strikingly designed front, with a pattern of polygons. According to Microsoft, the headband can be adjusted with one hand. Furthermore, the headset offers six degrees of freedom, or six degrees of freedom. More details are not yet available about the glasses from Asus.

The Dell headset is white and the front can be folded up. The cushions on the inside can be replaced. The headset will be released at the end of this year. Like the other Mixed Reality headsets, the Lenovo model contains sensors for inside-out tracking to determine the position in rooms.

Microsoft announced last October that Windows 10 will get support for VR and that manufacturers will come with headsets. The starting price for the glasses is $299. Windows 10’s VR service has been given the name Mixed Reality and the first dev kits from Acer and HP that work with it are now available. Microsoft is also working on a controller for the headsets.
