Huawei is said to be planning to release two new models of the Watch GT smartwatch. The variants have the same 1.39 “OLED screen, but have different screen edges. Furthermore, the changes compared to the existing model seem small.

The details have not yet been released by Huawei, but the German website Winfuture obtained the information from an undisclosed source. The website also managed to produce an image of one of the variants of the Watch GT, called Active. This should reportedly cost 249 euros.

In addition, there will be another variant called Elegant. This should cost 229 euros, and be available in the colors white and black. Both models are more expensive than the already released variant, but it is still unclear whether there are hardware improvements.

Huawei released the Watch GT with the introduction of the Mate 20 Pro. The watch with an OLED screen of 1.39″ with 454×454 pixels runs on a proprietary operating system from Huawei called Lite OS. The Watch GT should have a battery life of two weeks if the screen is not always on, but it is unclear whether the two new variants will also have this.
