Download Firmware Apple iPod touch 2.2.1

Apple has released new firmware for the iPod touch in the form of version 2.2.1. The update weighs just over 248 megabytes and can be applied to the portable media player via iTunes. In version 2.2.1, the developers improved the stability of Safari and made a bug fix that could occur if an image saved from Mail was displayed incorrectly. Furthermore, the problem with playing Apple Lossless music files has also been fixed. The full changelog looks like this:
