Firmware update: Abit NF7(-S) 2.0 v19

Abit has released a new BIOS for the second revisions of its NF7 and NF7-S motherboards. The release is numbered 19, and adds support for the latest AMD Duron processors:

1. Caution: This BIOS version is for NF7 & NF7-S Revision 2.0 only!
2. For Revision 1.0 ~ 1.2, please click here†
3. Please use AWDFLASH 8.23D or later to update NF7 series BIOS. With incorrect AWDFLASH version, the GUID will be erased, and leads to IEEE1394 peer to peer function failed. AWDFLASH 8.23K is included in this BIOS package.
