Zotac introduces a compact barebone equipped with an AMD RX480 GPU with 4GB GDDR5 memory. The box has dimensions of 210x203x62mm and Zotac seems to have made a compact version of the video card that fits in the housing.

Zotac makes three variants of the Zbox Magnus ERX480, all of which feature an Intel Core i5-6400T processor. The quad-core has a clock speed of 2.2GHz, with a turbo boost to 2.8GHz. The motherboard uses a chipset from the Intel 100 series and there are two sodimm slots that can accommodate up to 32GB DDR4 memory.

The video card is an AMD Radon RX480 with 4GB gddr5 memory, but Zotac does not disclose details about the clock speeds of the gpu and memory. Zotac probably placed the gpu on a small pcb itself, but it is not clear whether it is a replaceable mxm or whether the gpu is soldered to the motherboard.

The computer has two HDMI 2.0 outputs, two displayport 1.3 connections and a built-in card reader. There are six USB connections and two gigabit Ethernet ports. The box also has built-in WiFi with support for 802.11ac.

Zotac supplies the Magnus ERX480 as barebone without ram and ssd, as a Plus variant with 8GB ddr4 and a 120GB m2 ssd and in a version that comes with Windows 10. The manufacturer has not yet disclosed recommended retail prices and it is not clear from when the Magnus ERX480 will be available for sale.
