Xiaomi has presented the 13T series. These are two models, both equipped with different MediaTek socks. The 13 smartphones still received Snapdragon socks. The cameras of the phones were developed in collaboration with Leica.

The 13T gets the Dimensity 8200-Ultra SoC and the 13T Pro gets the Dimensity 9200+ SoC. With the previous generation, the 13, both phones received the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 soc. The 13T has 8 or 12GB of memory; the 13T Pro has 12 or 16GB of memory. Both devices have Lpddr5 memory. The 13T has USF 3.1 storage; the 13T Pro gets UFS 4.0 storage.

While the two phones had different sizes in the previous generation, this is no longer the case with the 13T series. Both models have the same 6.67″ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2712×1220 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The phones have an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz. The smartphones have a peak brightness of 2600cd/ m² and both support the full DCI-P3 color spectrum, Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

Both phones have the same triple camera setup with lenses co-designed with Leica. The primary camera has a 50-megapixel sensor with a 1/1.28″ large sensor. That camera has a 24mm wide-angle lens. There is also a 50-megapixel telephoto camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.

The two devices have 5000mAh batteries, the Pro can be charged with 120W and the regular version can be charged with 67W. The devices are IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. The phones will receive four generations of Android upgrades and five years of security patches. This is a longer update policy than before.

The 13T series measures 162.2×75.7×8.49mm and weighs around 200g. The devices will be available in green, black and blue. The 13T with 8GB memory and 256GB storage costs 650 euros; the 13T Pro with 12GB memory and 512GB storage costs 900 euros. Xiaomi does not report when the phones will be released.
