Fallout 76 beta test will be available first to Xbox One owners; only after that, users of other platforms will be able to access the test version of the game from Bethesda.

In a faq, Bethesda has given a little more details about the BETA, as the publisher calls the test version. Only gamers who pre-order the game will be allowed to participate in the beta. They will then receive a code that they can redeem, after which they will receive an email as soon as the test period starts.

The beta is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, but Bethesda emphasizes that the Xbox One will be the first to get access to the test, followed by the other platforms. The publisher has not yet announced when the beta period starts and how much time there will be between the start for the Xbox One and that for the other systems.

Bethesda introduced Fallout 76 last week at E3 in Los Angeles. The prequel to the Fallout series is an online game with single-player and multiplayer elements, which will be released on November 14 this year.
