There are images of the Firestorm mode in Battlefield V on YouTube. It can be concluded that the battle royale addition will also have a solo and duo mode. EA itself only showed a mode for four-person teams.

The images have been put online by a YouTube user, EA has not yet announced any news about Firestorm. The video briefly explains how Battlefield V’s battle royale mode works. Players jump out of a plane with a parachute and on the playing field there are several objectives. Players can take them over to get rare loot, vehicles or reinforcements. The video shows a small helicopter, an amphibious vehicle and a tank.

Weapons are on the playing field and are divided into three categories: Common, Rare and Epic. There are no different classes for players to choose from, everyone is equal. If a player is shot, he can still be saved by a teammate within a certain amount of time.

In October last year, EA announced that Firestorm would be added to Battlefield V with the release of the Trial By Fire update. It should be out in March. When announcing the battle royale mode, EA said that Firestorm will have sixteen teams of four players fighting each other. A solo or duo mode has never been mentioned until now.
