The French publisher Ubisoft has put a survey online in which respondents are asked, among other things, which setting they would like to see for the next Far Cry game. Previously, Ubisoft asked similar questions for the Assassin’s Creed series.

Far Cry 4 players selected to participate in a Ubisoft survey will be able to indicate in which setting they would like to see the next game in the Far Cry series, Eurogamer reports. Options include a “Jurassic Park-style island with dinosaurs” and a setting revolving around vampires. Locations such as Peru and Alaska are also mentioned, in addition to more historical ideas, such as a setting around the Vietnam War. Finally, a Far Cry game with zombies and a game that focuses on the Shangri-La levels from Far Cry 4 are also mentioned as options.

It’s not the first time Ubisoft has asked the public for suggestions for its games. Between 2010 and 2012, the publisher asked gamers three times about their preferences for the Assassin’s Creed series. In it, suggestions emerged as a setting around the American Revolution and the Victorian era in England. After that, Assassin’s Creed III appeared, which indeed takes place around the American revolution. The Assassin’s Creed game due out this year, Assassin’s Creed: Victory, presents the already mentioned Victorian era. Interest in gameplay elements such as a cooperative game mode, which was incorporated into Assassin’s Creed: Unity, was also first asked in a survey.
