Telecom provider Telenet has been experiencing a malfunction since Wednesday evening. Several customers indicate that they cannot call or text with their mobile. The provider says it is aware of the problems and is working on a solution.
Telenet customer service tweeted that there is “a general problem with a large number of mobile numbers, both calling and texting.”
It is not clear exactly how many customers were affected by the outage. According to Alldisruptions.be Hundreds of reports were made on Wednesday evening by Telenet customers experiencing problems with the provider’s mobile services. Furthermore, the cause of the malfunction is not yet known. Telenet says it is investigating the problems and promises to make its services available again as soon as possible.
