Indie game Superhot is coming to the Switch and platform game Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition is also coming to the Nintendo console. The latter game, which was released by Microsoft for Xbox and PC, will be released for Switch on September 27.
Superhot will be released on Monday for the Nintendo Switch, although the game is not yet available on the eShop at the time of writing. Superhot is a shooter that first came out in 2016 that allows players to manipulate time. Time will only run when players move or shoot. The indie game first appeared for PC and then also came out for VR headsets, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition will be released for Nintendo Switch on September 27. That platform game was created by Moon Studios and released by Microsoft in 2015 for Windows and the Xbox One. The game is now coming to a non-Microsoft platform for the first time.
The two games are part of a series of indie games coming to Switch by Nintendo. The announcements were made during a Direct presentation in honor of the gamescom. In it, Nintendo also announced that the Switch version of Torchlight II will be released on September 3.
