Publisher and developer Square Enix has made some of its games available again on GeForce Now, Nvidia’s streaming service. Nvidia announced this earlier this week.

Nvidia announces the reintroduction on its blog. Games re-added include Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, Just Cause 3 and 4, and the three games in the Tomb Raider reboot series. Some other games, including Final Fantasy XV, Octopath traveler and NieR: Automata, are not yet supported by the streaming service. It is unclear whether those games will be added in the future.

Nvidia reports to The Verge that Square Enix has chosen to make its games available again because of the opt-in program that was introduced at the end of May. As a result, developers must indicate whether their games can be played on the platform. Before this opt-in process was added, some developers were already removing their games from the service, including Activision-Blizzard, Bethesda and 2K Games.

GeForce Now is Nvidia’s game streaming service. Gamers can play their previously purchased games on Nvidia’s servers via that service. Players must first purchase the games themselves on platforms such as Steam, the Epic Games Store or uPlay. Valve has previously indicated that it will add cloud gaming to Steam via GeForce Now. This integration is currently still in beta.
