Sony will show gameplay of Harry Potter RPG Hogwarts Legacy Thursday evening
On Thursday, March 17 at 10 p.m. Sony will show fourteen minutes of gameplay from the PlayStation 5 version of Hogwarts Legacy. That happens in a State of Play broadcast of twenty minutes. The game is also coming out for Xbox consoles and PC.
It is the first time that Hogwarts Legacy gameplay will be shown. Developer Avalanche Software and publisher Warner Bros. Games will do that next Thursday in collaboration with Sony. The twenty-minute State of Play broadcast is all about the game. After the presentation on Thursday, more information about what was shown in the video will appear on the PlayStation blog, Sony writes.
Hogwarts Legacy was announced in September 2020. Avalanche Software, which mainly made Disney games in recent years, is the developer of the game. Wizarding World and Portkey Games are also involved in the development. At the beginning of last year, the publisher said that the game will be released in 2022, but exactly when is not yet known.
The game will be released for PC as well as current and previous generation Xbox and PlayStation consoles. It is not yet known whether images of Xbox and PC versions will also be shown in other places on Thursday.
