Software Update: VueScan 9.7.29

Hamrick Software has released version 9.7.29 of VueScan. The program can be used as a replacement for the twain drivers supplied with scanners and often offers more setting options. In many cases, the program can also control scanners if the manufacturer itself has not released a driver for the respective operating system. In addition to scanning, it can also perform some operations such as crop, sharpen, grain reduction, and adjust color balance. VueScan is available for Windows, macOS and Linux, and offers support for over 2400 scanners under Windows, over 2100 under macOS and 1900 under Linux. In addition, there is support for the raw files of 600 digital cameras† The program can be used in 28 languages, including Dutch.
