Software Update: TortoiseSVN 1.9.4

Version 1.9.4 of TortoiseSVN has been released. This program is a user interface for Subversion, which is used by developers for version control. It is almost indispensable when working on a project with different people. TortoiseSVN integrates as a shell extension into Windows and can be used on its own or in combination with an ide. Version 1.9.4 of TortoiseSVN is coupled with Subversion version 1.9.4 and should fix the following issues.

Changes:

  • Improve text for screen readers in log dialog.
  • Improved stability of the log cache.

Fixed:

  • GDI Resource leak when showing a file list.
  • lifetime issue with path string for long paths.
  • Race condition in the shell extension.
  • Crash in Project Monitor when drag&drop item with children.
  • Small memory leak in commit dialog when doing refresh.
  • Repobrowser lost info about working copy when the revision was changed.
  • Drop strings were shown wrong.
  • Conflicts were marked as resolved even if the changes could not be saved.
  • Unnecessary horizontal scrollbar was shown in case logwidthmarker is set.
  • The font size in the statistics dialog was wrong, font unreadable.
  • TMerge could hang applying a patch.
  • Crash in log dialog when repo root isn’t readable.
  • Repo browser slow to close.
  • CodeCollaborator was not properly detected.
