Software update: RadLinker 2.023

The tweak program RadLinker received an upgrade to version number 2.023 yesterday. The software is able to tweak an ATi Radeon video card. It is also possible to use profiles, so that specific settings can be used per game for, for example, a better graphic performance or image quality. The new 2.023 version is from here down and comes with the following changes:

Removed the RadClock service as it is no longer needed.

Created a new installer to help solve installation problems.

Fixed some problems with standby/hibernation modes with laptops.[break]
