Software update: phpMyAdmin 2.6.0 patch level 3

The developers behind phpMyAdmin have lifted version 2.60 to the third patch level. phpMyAdmin is a collection of PHP scripts that allow remote or remote maintenance and management of a MySQL database. This release fixes some XSS deficiencies. The changelog therefore looks like this:
