Software Update: QT Lite 3.1.0

Immediately after the release of a new version of Apple’s QuickTime, a new version of QT Lite has also become available, namely 3.1.0. QT Lite makes it possible to play content in Apple’s QuickTime format without having to install Apple software first. QT Lite ships with the latest version of the QuickTime codecs and plug-ins for the Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Mozilla, and Google Chrome web browsers. Version 3.1.0 includes the new QuickTime components and also a new version of the mov download tool, which makes it possible to display QuickTime content on websites in a separate media player or to put it on the hard drive.
