Software Update: qBittorrent 4.2.2

Version 4.2.2 of qBittorrent has been released. This open source torrent client has versions for Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD, and shows no ads. The program is with Qt developed and based on libtorrent (raster bar) and boost. The program is the brainchild of French student Christophe Dumez, who has been working on it since early 2006. Today it is maintained by the community. In version 4.2.2, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Attention Windows users:

There’s a “qBittorrent” app on the Windows Store which costs money. It isn’t an official release nor it is coming from us. The person publicizing it doesn’t have permission to use the qBittorrent name/logo.
