Software Update: qBittorrent 3.1.1.1

Version 3.1.1 of qBittorrent has been released and due to a bug in the Windows version also 3.1.1.1. This open source torrent client has versions for Windows, Linux, OS X and FreeBSD, and shows no ads. The program is with Qt4 developed and based on libtorrent (raster bar) and boost. The program is the brainchild of French student Christophe Dumez, who has been working on it since March 2006. The changelog for this release looks like this:

qBittorrent v3.1.1.1 was released.

This affects Windows only. It’s the same as v3.1.1. It uses Libtorrent 0.16.12 which isn’t broken. It is marked as 3.1.1.1 so the auto-update mechanism can work.
