Software update: NVmax 4.00.35

There is one known and reported error with this release: overlay controls on Windows 98/ME will not apply until the machine is restarted. This is being addressed for the next release. 4.00.35 now supports Detonator 27.xx on ALL operating systems. It is currently the only NVIDIA tweaking program to support 27.xx drivers. There are no other reported or found issues.
