Software Update: Matomo 3.9.1

Shortly after the release of version 3.9.0 of Matomo, a successor has already been released. Matomo, once started under the name Piwik is an open source alternative to Google Analytics. It uses php and a MySQL database to do its job. The functionality can be easily extended with plugins, of which more than twenty are included. Of course you can also turn it off if certain functionality is not needed. For more information about Matomo, please refer to this page and an overview of the schedule is on this page to find. Version 3.9.1 fixes the following four issues:

• #14229 Notice – unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 53988 bytes
• #14226 open_basedir restriction AND Support multiple plugin paths
• #14227 One-click upgrade sometimes fails with errors such as “Call to undefined method Piwik\Plugin\Manager::getPluginDirectory() ” (fails only once, works after a refresh)
• #14240 Do not send password changed email for automated use cases.
