Software update: Matomo 3.7.0

Version 3.7.0 of Matomo has been released. Matomo is the new name of Piwik and is an open source alternative to Google Analytics† It uses PHP and a MySQL database to do its job. The functionality can be easily extended with plugins, of which more than twenty are included. Of course you can also turn it off if certain functionality is not needed. The Matomo theme now uses our new logo and updated colors, check it out at: demo.matomo.org† And Matomo now includes our free & fully open source Tag Manager!

Several large-traffic production websites are successfully using the Tag Manager for the past two months and enjoying the simplicity and flexibility of the tool. Anyone who knows Google Tag Manager will be able to quickly master Matomo Tag Manager. This changelog will now also list all improvements made to the Tag Manager in a new section below.
