Software Update: Logitech GamePanel 3.04/3.03.113

Logitech has released a new version of its GamePanel software with 3.04 as the version number for Windows and 3.03.113 for Mac OS X. The GamePanel software ensures the correct control of functions on the various gaming keyboards, such as the G11, G13, G15, G19 and G110. The list of changes can only be found with the 3.04 release for Windows, with the 3.03.113 release for Mac OS X only a description of the possibilities is given. The list of changes looks like this:

• The G13 mini stick can now be mapped as an analog joystick or mouse (mouse button is supported in Lua scripting)
• A new feature has been added to Profiler Selector: switch between profiles while gaming using your GamePanel device.
• A new menu option ‘Profile – Save As’ has been added to save the current profile to a new profile.
• ‘Scan for games’ now has checkboxes so you can select games that have not been detected if you wish.
• Macros now work even when the game is running in elevated mode.
• Improved macro display when switching between M states. Switching between M keys no longer aborts the macro on the previous M key.
