Bandisoft has released version 5.07 of HoneyView. HoneyView is a free program that allows you to view images. It is small, fast and contains no ad or spyware. Support is available for the most common image formats. Furthermore, it can show EXIF ​​and GPS information, if any, and can also display the images as a slideshow. In addition, minor operations such as rotating, cropping, and resizing can be performed. The changelog for version 5.07 looks like this:

Changes in version 5.07

  • The Animation WebP image format is supported.
  • After installing Honeyview, the Bandizip suggestion window will pop up.opup.
  • Honeyview is now able to convert PNG, JPEG, GIF image files to WebP format.
  • Sound for page turning has changed.

Bug fixed

  • Some animated GIF files rendered slowly.
  • An error occurred when the Lanczos algorithm was used and the width/height was smaller than 5 pixels.
  • The color space of some JPEG files wasn’t recognized properly. (It was recognized as Adobe RGB)
  • The silent installation option (/S) didn’t work properly.
  • Other minor bugs fixed.
