Software Update: Freemake Video Converter 4.0.4

Version 4.0.4 of Freemake Video Converter has been released. This free program converts audio and video files to and from up to fifty supported formats. Not only can you do that from one format to another, you can also make adjustments in resolution and sound, and cut parts of the video. Furthermore, it can directly download videos from a large number of websites. The download is small, but the bulk of the program is downloaded during installation.

New in version 4.0 includes the optional Gold Packadd-on, which, among other things, can automatically trim black bars at the top and bottom, has extra options for DVD menus, and backs up during video editing. A voluntary donation is requested for this addition, otherwise advertisements will be shown. In version 4.0.4 the following changes and improvements have been made:
