Foxit Software has released version 10.0.1 of Foxit Reader, an alternative to Adobe Reader. With this free program, PDF documents can be viewed, filled in and signed. For editing PDF documents, Foxit software offers the paid PhantomPDF, similar to Acrobat Pro DC. This release fixes some security vulnerabilities.
