Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Coming May 14th

Developer Rebellion announces that Sniper Elite V2 Remastered will be released on May 14th. The refreshed version of the game, which first came out in 2012, is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

The remaster of Sniper Elite V2 has 4k and hdr support and improved graphics. The original was released for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii U. The game is now appearing for the first time on current generation consoles. Players who have the original on Steam can purchase an upgrade to the upgraded version for $10. The game will cost between $30 and $40 on consoles.

Sniper Elite V2 is a third-person shooter in which players must try to outwit enemies unseen. Set during World War II, players take on the role of an American soldier who must disrupt the development of the German V-2 missile.

In addition to better graphics, Rebellion also promises a new photo mode, seven new playable characters and multiplayer with sixteen people at once. With the Switch version, this is up to eight players at a time. Also, the remaster includes all additional content previously released for the game.
