Samsung has announced a soundbar to match its recent televisions with a curved screen. The electronics manufacturer also comes with the M3, a wireless speaker that has to compete with, among other things, the Sonos Play:1.

The angle at which the HW-H7500/H7501 soundbar is bent is the same as that of the 55″ and 65″ curved UHD televisions that Samsung has launched. The curved soundbar is 42 mm thick and according to the manufacturer offers an 8.1 sound reproduction. The soundbar, which according to Samsung is easy to mount with wall installations, can be controlled via the remote control of the television.

Samsung has also presented a Sonos competitor in the form of the M3 wireless speaker, as a compact variant next to the existing M5 and M7 speakers. The speaker can be operated via a mobile app and Bluetooth. If several speakers from the M-line are used, the same music can be played in several rooms. The speaker is also compatible with Spotify. At the online store Plasma Discounter, the speaker has received a suggested retail price of 199 euros.
