An Nvidia GTX 1650 GPU with gddr6 memory has appeared on the Gigabyte website. The GPU gets a lower boost clock, but otherwise seems identical to the regular GTX 1650 with gddr5 memory. According to the website, Gigabyte will come with at least two models.

The Gigabyte GTX 1650 with gddr6 memory was noticed by VideoCardz, although the GPUs seem to have been removed from the website. There were two models on Gigabyte’s website: a small version with a single fan and a WindForce OC model with two fans. The product numbers of both GPUs have changed slightly, but otherwise the video cards seem almost identical. The WindForce OC model does get a cooler that appears slightly darker than that of the gddr5 variant.

Both GTX 1650 gddr6 models from Gigabyte

According to Gigabyte’s website, the reference gddr6 model from Nvidia gets a maximum boost clock of 1590MHz, while the boost clock of the regular GTX 1650 is higher at 1665MHz. The small gddr6 model from Gigabyte also gets a small factory overclock; The GPU has a boost clock of 1635MHz. The WindForce OC gets a boost clock of 1710MHz. At the same time, Gigabyte advertises a memory speed of 8Gbit/s for both models, which is as fast as gddr5 memory. Incidentally, another Gigabyte web page lists speeds of up to 12Gbit/s.

Gigabyte’s GPUs already appeared in an EEC registration, Toms Hardware writes. However, Nvidia itself has not yet announced the GPU. No release date was mentioned on Gigabyte’s website.
